Propriétés :
• Structure en aluminium conformable à la courbure rachidienne et adaptable à la morphologie
du sujet.
• Possibilité de réglage en hauteur de l'orthèse.
• Double patte de fermeture.
• Coussinet de confort au niveau des aisselles.
• Sangles additionnelles pour ajuster la contention.
• Sangle additionnelle permettant un appui sternal.
Indications :
• Mal de dos de l'adulte et de l'adolescent avec ou sans trouble statique évolutif ou non (cyphose,
lordose).
• Prévention de déformations vertébrales axiales dans le cadre des maladies évolutives.
Contre-indications :
Ne pas placer le produit directement en contact avec une peau lésée.
Effets secondaires :
Pas d’effet secondaire connu dans le cadre d’une utilisation correcte.
Mise en place :
- Définir la hauteur en fonction du patient : le bord inférieur de l'orthèse doit être positionné à
la hauteur du coccyx, et la plaque dorsale doit être légèrement plus haute que les épaules. (1)
- Former et adapter la structure aluminium du redresse-dos.
- Enfiler le redresse-dos en passant les bras dans les bretelles. (2)
- Avant la mise en place, veiller à ce que l'embout de sangle redresse-dos reste accroché à la
bretelle.
Il est conseillé de porter l'orthèse Lombax Dorso de Thuasne sur un tee shirt.
Partie ceinture
Positionner la patte inférieure en utilisant le passe main, faire de même avec la patte supérieure. (3)
Tirer simultanément sur les sangles additionnelles (4) et venir les accrocher en commençant par
la sangle de droite, puis la sangle de gauche.
Partie redresse dos
Décrocher les embouts des bretelles et tirer simultanément sur les 2 sangles.
Les accrocher à l'endroit qui vous convient le mieux.
ATTENTION : Pour bénéficier de l'efficacité maximum de l'orthèse, ne jamais séparer la partie
ceinture de la partie redresse dos.
Adapter l'appui sternal à la morphologie du sujet à l'aide de l'auto-agrippant situé sur la partie
dorsale.
Ajuster ensuite l'élément sur le torse à l'aide des deux pattes auto-agrippantes. (5)
Pré cau tions :
Suivre les conseils du professionnel qui a prescrit ou délivré le produit. Une conformation des
baleines peut être nécessaire. En cas d'inconfort, consulter ce professionnel.
Stocker à température ambiante, de préférence dans la boîte d’origine.
Pour des raisons d’hygiène et de performance, ne pas réutiliser le produit pour un autre patient.
Entretien :
- Voir étiquette produit.
- Ne pas utiliser de détergents, adoucissants ou de produits agressifs (produits chlorés).
- Essorer par pression.
- Sécher loin d'une source de chaleur.

POSTURE-CORRECTING DORSAL-LUMBAR CORSET
Properties:
• Aluminium structure that conforms to the curve of the spine and can be adjusted to the
subject's morphology.
• Option to adjust the height of the orthosis.
• Double fastening tab.
• Extra comfort at the armpits.
• Additional straps to adjust compression.
• Additional strap for sternal support.
Indications:
• Backache in adults and teenagers with or without progressive or non-progressive static
disorders (kyphosis, lordosis).
• Prevention of axial spinal deformities in the context of progressive diseases.
Contraindication:
Do not apply the product in direct contact with broken skin.
Side effects :
No side effects are as yet known for correct use.
Fitting instructions:
- Define the height according to the patient: the lower edge of the orthosis must be positioned
at the level of the coccyx, and the dorsal plate must be slightly higher than the shoulders. (1)
- Shape and adjust the aluminium structure of the back-straightener.
- Slip on the back-straightener, passing the arms through the braces. (2)
- Before fitting, make sure the end of the back-straightener belt is still attached to the braces.
It is recommended that the Thuasne Lombax Dorso be worn over a tee shirt.
Belt instructions
Position the lower tab using the hand loop, then do the same with the upper tab. (3)
Simultaneously pull on the additional straps (4) and fasten them, starting with the right strap,
then the left strap.
Back-straightener instructions
Detach the end of the braces and simultaneously pull on both straps.
Fasten them where it suits you best.
WARNING : For maximum effectiveness of the orthosis, never separate the belt part from the
back-straightener part.
Fit the sternal support to the subject's morphology using the velcro located on the dorsal part.
Then adjust the torso element using the two velcro tabs. (5)
Pre cau tions:
Follow the advice of the professional who prescribed or supplied the product. It may be
necessary to reshape the stays. Consult your professional if discomfort occurs.
Store at room temperature, preferably in its original packaging.
For hygiene and performance reasons, do not re-use the product for another patient.
Washing instructions:
- See product label.
- Do not use detergents, fabric softeners or aggressive products (products containing chlorine)
- Squeeze out excess water.
- Dry away from heat sources.
