The Apical Cuff may be sewn to the exterior of the ventricle (as described in Steps 3–8 in the 
Sew Then Cut Method section), after the ventriculotomy is created by advancing the Coring Knife 
into the heart (as described in Steps 9 and 10 in the Sew Then Cut Method section).
