SAUCE
Use butterfly or kneading blade can help to
avoid bottom burnt. The temperature is very
high, please be careful when you open the
lid.

There will be a lot of water vapor coming
from the connecting part of steamer & jar
and the lid air vent, please do not cover the
hole with cloth.
Suggest water volume: minimum 500ml water
for every 20minutes.
(KNEAD
Suggest to use kneading blade. The
maximum capacity for flour is 1kg, please pay
attention to the proportion of flour and water
to different food requirement.
RISOTTO
It’s better to use butterfly,
and cooking with the
measuring cup off, put the
