Should the error persist, first replace the BASCAR V15 circuit board
and test the unit.
If the unit continues without correctly identifying the probe(s), replace
the MICCAR V30 circuit board.
When replacing the circuit boards, refer to the procedure for placing the
unit in position for dismantling on page 9 and the procedure for
replacing the circuit boards on page 10 and following.
 
 
This message appears when the
€
key on the control panel is pushed
to manually raise or lower the basket in a paraffin bath and the unit has
been under power for
less than four hours .

In the event of a power failure lasting more than 7 (seven)
minutes, the unit automatically prevents any vertical movement of
the basket in the paraffin baths as there is a risk that the paraffin
has solidified.
If, under special circumstances, or for servicing, it is necessary to raise
or lower the basket when the unit is in blocked status, this may be done
by proceeding as described below and bearing the following
precautions in mind:
•
make sure that the paraffin bath is completely empty, or
•
make sure that the paraffin is in its liquid state.
 If these two conditions are not observed there is a very high risk
of causing serious damage to the unit
Procedure for
cancelling the solid
paraffin blocked status
1. Press the key ALARM to acknowledge reception of the alarm
message
2. Press and hold down the STOP key until READY appears on the
display.
3. Press the DOWN key to display the temperature of the paraffin
baths.
4. While the display is showing the temperature of the baths, and
before it disappears from the screen, simultaneously press the
ALARM and x2 keys.
An audible warning will sound and the baskets may be raised or
lowered for a period of 5 minutes. After these 5 minutes have
elapsed, the control will again enter blocked status until the time
period of 4 (four) hours has elapsed.
Remember that pressing the STOP key immediately stops any vertical
movement and that pressing the

key for a second time reverses the
direction of movement.
