Before loading a Rotor
1. Inspect the rotor and all accessory parts for damage, such as cracks, scratches, or
traces of corrosion.
2. Inspect the centrifugation chamber and drive shaft for damage, such as cracks,
scratches, or traces of corrosion.
3. Check the suitability of the rotor and other used accessories against the Chemical
Compatibility Chart. Refer to
"Chemical Compatibility" on page 72
.
4. Make sure that:

tubes fit in the rotor.
»
the tubes do not touch the rotor lid.
CAUTION
Incorrect loading can lead to damage. Always load the rotor symmetrically
to avoid imbalance, noisy spinning and possible damage.
