Warranty Information
THERMO FISHER SCIENTIFIC INTERNATIONAL

SHAKER WARRANTY
The W
arranty Period starts two months from the date your equipment is shipped from our facility
.
This allows shipping time so
the
warranty will go into ef
fect at approximately the same time your equipment is delivered.
The warranty protection extends to an
y sub-
sequent owner during the warranty period. During the first 24 months, component parts proven to be non-conforming in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replace
d
at
Thermo’
s expense, including labor
. For an additional 3 years, component parts proven to be non-conforming in materials or work-
manship will be repaired or replaced at
Thermo’
s expense, excluding labor
. In addition, the Orbital Shaker drive mechanism is war-
ranted for 10 years, parts only

.O.B. factory
.
The mechanism is defined as the bearing assemblies.
The warranty will be void
if the
equipment is altered without the written authorization from
Thermo. Installation and calibration is not covered by this warran
ty agree-
ment.
The local
Thermo Fisher Scientific of
fice must be contacted for warranty determination and direction prior to performanc
e of
any repairs. Expendable items, i.e., glass, filters, light bulbs and lid gaskets are excluded from this warranty
. Extended warr
anties
are dependent on the units being maintained regularly as stated in the operation and service manuals. Replacement or repair of component parts or equipment under this warranty shall not exceed the warranty to either the equipment or to the component part beyond the original warranty period.
The local

al for
return of any components or equipment. THIS W
