CONTROL OF THE FLOOR CURING FUNCTION (only from a PC running dedicated software)
Proceed as follows to enable the “floor curing" function.
- Disconnect power to the system.
- Fit a jumper between pins 4 and 5 of the ST2 programming connector on the CH circuit (BAG) control card.
- Power the system on again.
The system enters “floor curing" mode and the 2 LEDs on the CH circuit control card flash alternatingly at a 1 second
frequency.
Every hour, the system updates the “function enabled” status and the function hour count to the EEPROM.
If you switch the system off and back on again with the jumper still in place, the system checks whether the floor curing
function was active or not when the system was switched off.
- If it was active, the system re-starts from the interrupted hour count.
- If it was not active (as with initial power-on), the system starts the function hour count from the beginning.
If the function hour count terminates correctly, the system saves this information to the EEPROM so that the function will
not re-start if the system is reset. Even if the jumper is still in place, the function will not be re-activated if it has terminated
properly.
In any case, removing the jumper disables the function or terminates it before the hour count is completed (returning the
system to its initial condition).
Data on the floor curing function can be viewed from a PC. A check-box shows whether the function has been enabled
or not and a text box shows the time passed in seconds.
The floor curing function works as follows.
- The function controls ALL low temperature CH circuits.
- It activates a timer of 168 hours (7 days x 24 hours) and forces the temperature set point for ALL low temperature CH
circuits to T° Fmin (de-fault=20 C).
Temperature is then increased according to the following table:
Day

The function terminates at the end of this procedure.
The values of T° Fmin and T° Fmax can be adjusted from the PC.
- Minimum floor curing T°(T° Fmin): minimum = 15°C / maximum = 30°C / default = 20°C / resolution 1°C
- Maximum floor curing T°(T° Fmax): minimum = 30°C / maximum = 55°C / default = 35°C / resolution 1°C
