Remove protective cover, disconnect the wires, unscrew and remove removable flange from the џ
housing;
Replace magnesium anode, clean TEH from scale if required and remove sediment; џ
Assemble, fill EWH with water and switch on power supply. џ
During the EWH technical maintenance by a specialized company, a warranty certificate shall include
a relevant note with the seal of the company , carrying out technical maintenance. During the
magnesium anode replacement by the user, this EWH user manual shall be accompanied by the
sales ticket for magnesium anode purchase.
Safety precautions
Electrical safety and anti-corrosion protection of EWH shall be guaranteed only in case of the
efficient earthing, executed in accordance with the existing installation regulations.
During the EWH installation and operation it is not allowed to:
Connect electrical power in case EWH is not filled with water. џ
Remove protective cover with power on. џ
Use EWH without earthing or use water supply pipes as earthing. џ
Install EWH into the water supply line with pressure over 0,8 MPa. Provided that pressure in џ
the water supply line exceeds 0,8 MPa, cold water inlet pipe to EWH, upstream the safety
valve (along water path) shall be equipped with the relevant pressure reducer valve (not
included into the EWH scope of supply) to reduce cold water pressure to normal value.
Installation of the pressure reducer valve between EWH and safety valve is prohibited.
Connect EWH to water supply line without a safety valve. џ
Drain water from EWH with power on. џ
Use spare parts not recommended by the manufacturer. џ
Use water from EWH for cooking. џ
Use water containing mechanical additives (sand, small stones), resulting in EWH and џ
safety valve malfunction.
Alter design and setting dimension of EWH brackets. џ
Avoid water freezing in the device to exclude failure, that is not covered by the warranty.
EWH is not intended for operation by persons with limited physical, sensor or mental capacities, as
well as by persons not trained to use EWH, except for the cases of operation under supervision or in
accordance with the guidelines of the persons responsible for EWH safety. Children are allowed to
use EWH only under the supervision of persons responsible for safe operation. During the EWH
operation it is necessary to inspect the device for correct operation frequently (absence of leaks,
burning odor, sparks in wiring etc.). In case of long-terms breaks in the water heater operation and/or
faults of the water supply line operation, it is necessary to disconnect EWH from the power network
and shut off cold water inlet valve.
Always mind the risk of scalding with hot water and electrical shock.

The abovementioned failures are not EWH defects and shall be recovered by the user or by means of
a specialized organization at it own expense.
In case of failure to recover the faults using the abovementioned recommendations or on case of
detection some other faults, it is necessary to contact the service center, specified in the user manual.
