18 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
CASCADE SET UP
Do not supply power to either unit until steps 1-4 below are completed.
1. Connect pipes for gas, cold water and hot water.
2. Hook up the interconnect cable to the remote control terminal of each unit.
3. Set the Dip Switch 2 on the PCB of each unit per drawing and as sign the MASTER unit and the SLAVE
unit.

4. In case of connecting the remote control, all remote controls with the MASTER unit.

the units are set up and connected properly. Now energize the MASTER unit.
6. If set up mistake, the following will occur.

breaks or blinks irregularly.
- No indication or 735 error code is displayed on the remote control digital monitor or it cannot be set the
steps of ``5.INITIAL SETTING CONTROLLERS (page 14)´´.
In that case, pull out the power plug of both two units and wait for over three minutes. Then check
the connecting cable between the MASTER unit and the SLAVE unit, the Dip Switch 2 setting on the
MASTER unit and the SLAVE unit. After the check, plug in the units and repeat the step 5.
