10. While holding the control panel to support it from falling, remove
and retain the screws from under the control panel (see
Figure 126).

11. Carefully pull away the control panel from the range in a forward
direction to detach the two metal tabs from the chassis (see
Figure 127) and remove the control panel with bullnose attached
(see Figure 128, page 67).

12. After the control panel with bullnose attached has been removed
(see Figure 128, page 67), before replacing it remove the
temperature gauge (see
Oven Temperature Gauge Removal and
page
) and the LED indicators (see
13. Use a flat blade screwdriver to pry out the two brackets (right and
left sides of control panel). The bracket is pliable and may be
fastened with double-sided tape, so it should come out without
using any force (see Figure 129, page 67 and Figure 130,
page 67).
NOTE:
The studs are affixed onto the brackets and are not to be
removed.
NOTE:
Depending on the range model, the brackets will have
either two or three studs.
