OVEN SELECTOR KNOB/S (COOK MODE)

OVEN COOKING MODES/FUNCTIONS:

Each oven has an electronic control which is set by turning
the knob in either direction.  This selects the cooking or
cleaning mode (see below) and the oven temperature.

(as they appear in the Cook Mode/Oven Selector window
clockwise from the knob off position)

Use this to bake or roast.

Use with the Clock to start and/or stop the regular BAKE mode
automatically.

Use to cook or brown foods using heat from the upper element
only (open door broil).

Use with the clock to set the time to automatically remove soil
from inside the oven.

Use with the Clock to start and/or stop the CONVECTION
BAKE mode automatically.

Use this to bake or roast with the convection fan on.

The oven is off when the selector knob indicator mark is pointing
straight up and the Cook Mode/Oven Selector (oven function)
window is blank.

The words, shown in the window, appear as the Oven
Selector Knob is turned to select the mode for cooking.
Examples: When BAKE is selected, the knob will be in the
first position to the right and BAKE will appear in the
selector window.  If TIMED CONVECTION BAKE is
selected the knob will be in the 5th position from the right
and all 3 words will light up.
