Convection or Bake. Cookies
baked using Convection have
a crisp exterior (outside) and a
soft center. Brownies or bar
cookies have a more cake-like
texture when baked using
Convection.

For best results use a
shiny metal cookie sheet
with a turned up lip at one
end only. Place cookie
sheet on oven rack with
lip to the left or right.

Recommended cookie
sheet sizes: 15" x 12" and
13"x 10". Allow 3-1/2" on
either side of the cookie
sheets for good air circula-
tion, for multiple rack
baking.

removed at different times,
