2.1.2.1 Installation

The following procedure explains how to install the DDR3 Memory Modules.

Loosen and remove the screws securing the air-flow deflector and PCI card
retainer bracket in the following manner: (see

Figure 2-2

•

Screw A

—Unscrew the captive screw marked “A” from it’s socket,

remove the PCI card retainer bracket and store it in a safe place.
