Loosely assemble the Glass to Glass
Hinges to the Main Panel. Evenly
�ghten the screws un�l the Gaskets are
just “nipped”.
Pack the underside of the Hinged
Return Panel un�l the tops are level.
A�ach the Return Panel to the Glass to
Glass Hinges, evenly �ghten the Glass
to Glass Hinge screws un�l the gaskets
are just ‘nipped’.
Tighten to 15.6N. You should hear a
creaking sound.
DO NOT fit the Cover Plates yet.
Measure the Hinged Return Panel
width. Trim the Bo�om Door Seal
accordingly with a fine toothed junior
hacksaw.
Fit the Seal to the Panel taking note of
the orienta�on.
The bo�om of the Glass to Glass Seal
needs to be trimmed with a fine
toothed junior hacksaw.
The Glass Inline Panel side must be
notched by 21mm to fit around the
surface channel.
