3.4.2 230VAC power supply backup jumpers
PSW-2G4F-Box switches have two power supply units. The left PSU is
designed to supply power to the switch and video cameras over PoE. The right
PSU has two operating modes selected by RES_PWR jumper according to
Table 3.4.2.

IMPORTANT!
If RES_PWR is put into the NO position, make sure that when you connect
devices that do not support PoE (for example, a PC), PoE jumpers for the
corresponding port (IV) are removed (see Section 3.4.1).
3.4.3 CPU button
To restart the switch, press the CPU button shortly.
3.4.4 DEFAULT button
To restore factory settings, press the DEFAULT button and hold it down for
about 30 seconds. The DEFAULT indicator should set ON at this point.
3.4.5 CPU indicator
During normal processor operation, the CPU indicator should blink in 2-second
intervals (1 second ON, 1 second OFF)
3.4.6 DEFAULT indicator
DEFAULT indicator is ON when the device has the factory settings (IP
192.168.0.1).
