FRONT LIFT ARM FIELD KIT
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
4.1
REMOVE CUTTING UNIT FROM LIFT ARM
1.
Remove M10 x 65 Hex Head Bolts (B), M10
Plain Washers (C) and M10 Nyloc Nuts (D)
from Lift Arm (A) Clamp Block.
2.
Detach Cutting Unit and Pivot Shaft (E) from
Lift Arm (A) Clamp Block.
3.
Remove Pivot Shaft (E) from Cutting Unit
Yoke.
4.
Disassemble Clamp Collar (F) and hardware
(G and H). Retain for future use.

FRONT LH LIFT ARM
4.2
DISCONNECT LIFT RAM FROM LIFT ARM
1.
Remove Ram Pin (B) from Lift Arm (A).
2.
Retain Ram Limiter (C), Ram Pin (B) and all
hardware (D, E and F) for future use.
3.
Discard old Ram.Disconnect the hoses to
the Lift Ram, plug both Ram ports and hose
ends. Trace the hose to the lower ram port
and remove it from the machine.
4.3
REMOVE LIFT ARM FROM FRONT AXLE
1.
Remove M8 x 25 Hex Head Screw (B), M8
Plain Washers (C) and M8 Nyloc Nut (D)
from Lift Arm Pivot Pin (E). Retain for future
use.
2.
Remove Lift Arm Pivot Pin (E) from Front
Axle (Z) / Lift Arm (A). Retain for future use.
3.
Remove Lift Arm (A) from Front Axle (Z).
Retain Nylon Washers (F) for future use.
