The system's various layers must remain positioned as they are for a
period of 30 minutes before the start of the light emission. After 30
minutes the adjustment of the cap is checked before starting the light
emission.
4.3.
Putting the intermediate unit and harness in place
1.
Place the light source on a flat, stable surface, e.g. a table beside the person to be treated.
2.
Put the chest harness in place.
The attaching harness is completely adjustable. The adjustment is made
using the 5 adjustment buckles.
•
Open the attaching harness using the clip by pressing it.
•
Put the harness on like a waistcoat.
•
Close the harness again with the clip.
•
Tighten or loosen the buckles on the chest and waist to adjust it.
•
Remove the intermediate unit from its support. Remove the protective
connector cap and place the flat surface of the intermediate unit facing
the patient’s chest at the height of the harness.
