Assembly instructions: Model 204
With the exception of the handlebars, crossbar and tine/transport wheel, your new cultivator is fully assembled at
the factory.
Tine/transport wheel
1. Fit the tine/transport wheel on the mounting
using the cotter bolt and split pin.
Handlebars:
1. Position the handlebars together using the plastic discs.
2. Set the screws through the holes and
screw the plastic hand wheels on.
3. Fit the crossbar and tighten the bolts.
Remember to tighten all bolts on the machine again before starting it up.
Before you start it up:
Fill with SAE15W-40, SG or SF grade before use and change the oil every 5 hours or at least once a year.
Always check the oil before use.
Check there is oil on the air filter before starting it up.
Filling with petrol
This product is equipped with a 4-stroke engine. Always use lead-free petrol (minimum octane 95).
Always drain the tank if the cultivator is to be stored for a prolonged period.
How to start a cold engine:
3. Push the stop button away from stop on the throttle.
4. Press the primer behind the air filter 8-10 times. 2
3. Press the red choke button down in front of the primer. 3
4. Activate the safety grip, and press the throttle in.
6. Pull the starter cord until the engine starts.
