Identifier to attach with the corresponding input
frames to be encoded.
Zero (0) is not a supported

inputID

reserved for cases when there no input buffer is
provided.
This is useful when frames require buffering
(example, B frames) and to support buffer
management.
When there is no re-ordering,

IVIDENC2_OutArgs::outputID

will be the

same as this

inputID

field.
