Update DVEVM Hard Disk Drive from Update Website

You can download and install updated DVEVM HDD software from the
DVEVM Update website. To do this, follow these steps:

1) Download the latest DVEVM Software Update

(dvevm_setuplinux_#_##_##_##.bin) from the following location to
your host file system:

   https://www-a.ti.com/extranet/cm/product/dvevmsw/dspswext/general/homepage.shtml

2) Follow the steps in Section A.8.3.2,
