Adjustment
1. Take the cervical collar
out of its packaging and
unfurl it.
2. Position the cut-out in the
center of the collar on top
of the larynx at the front
of the patient‘s neck.
3. Close the cervical collar
with the hook-and-loop
closure at the back of the
patient‘s neck.
4. Make sure that the
cervical collar fits firmly,
but does not put any
uncomfortable pressure
on the patient‘s larynx.
