Troubleshooting
The following advice should help you to solve problems. If this does not help,
you will find useful information in the detailed FAQs on our website. Otherwise,
please contact our hotline (see page 4). Take note of the warranty instruc-
tions.
Problem

No function. No power supply.
Check the function of the socket with
another device.
The small plug of the
mains adapter has
slipped out.
Check the connection of the mains
adapter (page 19).
The device
doesn’t
emit any
sound.
The wrong source has
been selected.
Select the right source (page 20).
The device is set to
“mute”.
Push the

button or adjust the
volume.
The volume is set to
“0”.
Increase the volume.
The volume of the
external player has
been set too low.
Carefully increase the volume of the
external player.
No sound
during TV
playback
The ARC function on
the TV is not activated.
Switch ARC on in the menu of the TV.
HDMI jack on the TV
does not support the
ARC function.
Use the jack supporting the ARC function
on the TV.
HDMI cable without

Use a suitable HDMI cable.
No sound
with Blue-
tooth®.
No Bluetooth®
