Profiles/Umbrellas
The gel on Basic Profile
liners is 6 mm thick. The
profile is used on Alpha
Basic Liners. With these
liners, users who have so
far been using liners with
the same profile from
other manufacturers can
experience the comfort
of WillowWood gel.
The Basic Profile is not
compatible with any other
WillowWood profiles.
Progressive Profile
Basic Profile
The Progressive Profile
combines many advanta-
ges. It features 2.5 mm of
posterior gel thickness for
easier knee flexion. Over-
all, the liner is very thin on
the proximal side, while
nevertheless cushioning
the tibia with a 6-mm gel
padding, and featuring a
distal gel padding of 9 mm.
All Alpha Liners with
Progressive Profile are
com patible with each other.
Uniform Profile
The Uniform Profile is
a classic WillowWood
profile. Posterior gel
thickness is always 3 mm
for easier knee flexion.
You can chose from 3
anterior gel thicknesses.
All Alpha Liners with
Uniform Profile are com-
patible with each other.
Tapered Profile
The Tapered Profile is
an additional version
of the Alpha Original
Liner. It features an
additional 3 mm of gel
all around the distal
area for maximum
distal padding.
Contoured Profile
The Contoured Profile
is an additional version
of the Alpha Original
Liner. It features
addi tional gel pads to
the left and the right
of the tibia. Especially
recommendable for
users with a sensitive
tibial area.
