This manual is a guide for safe use of the product, therefore it must be read in its entirety before using the product.
•
Follow the instructions in this manual for proper use of the product. This product can only be used for the purpose for which
it was designed. The manufacturer is not responsible for any damages resulting from improper use.
•
This product is meant for residential use. If intended for public use, besides the Teuco technical and safety requirement,
you must ensure full compliance with the legislation on system design, safety and water treatment in the country where the
minipool will be installed. It is the installer's/owner's/user's responsibility to verify and follow specific local requirements.
•
If the minipool is built-in, take proper precautions to avoid accidental falls in the tub.
•
This appliance may be used by children over eight years of age and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capacity or with insufficient experience or knowledge provided that they are supervised or have received instructs regarding
safe use of the device and are aware of the connected risks. Children must not play with the device nor must they perform
cleaning or ordinary maintenance without supervision.
•
When first used, the whirlpool bath must be limited to a few minutes. It is gradually increased with each subsequent use.
In special cases (elderly, hypertensive heart disease, people with pacemakers, pregnant women), a physician must be
consulted before using the device.
•
When using the whirlpool bath do not:
•
- block the inlet nozzle of the recirculating water or the skimmer with objects or with your body, in particular avoid letting
your hair come close to it.
•
- use fragile objects that can break (e.g., glass tumblers),
•
- use electrical devices (e.g., radio, hair dryer, etc.) near the minipool.
•
When entering and exiting the minipool, be careful since the water can make surfaces slippery.
•
When the pool is not being used, the cover must be hooked on and locked in position. The cover is not designed to support
weight. Do not sit, walk or lie on it.
•
Completely remove the cover before entering the minipool.
•
Do not use the minipool in bad weather (e.g., during a thunderstorm).
•
Always keep the audio system protections in operation in order to avoid possible water infiltration.
•
Before draining the water from the pool, consult the local authorities regarding the regulations for draining chemically
treated water into the sewer system.
•
When the appliance is not in use, disconnect it from electric power using the single-pole switch located upstream of the
appliance.
•
If the power supply cable needs to be replaced, it must only be done by specialized technicians.
•
Lights and lighting units must only be replaced by Teuco staff.
•
In the event of a failure or poor product operation or for extraordinary maintenance, contact Teuco staff. The manufacturer
shall not be responsible for any damages due to products being tampered with or improperly repaired.
•
For all operations that are not expressly included in this manual, contact an authorized Teuco technical assistance centre.
•
When disposing of the remote control batteries, comply with current legislation in the country where used.
•
