Communicate damages to the packaging to your supplier.
Retain the damaged packaging until the matter is settled.

Retain the damaged goods until the matter is settled.

Check the scope of delivery for completeness using the shipping docu-
ments and your order.

The instrument is to be packaged for storage and transport in such a way
that it is secured against impact and protected from moisture. The original
packaging offers optimum protection. Furthermore, the permissible ambi-
ent conditions must be maintained (

