Electro-Hydraulic Drive Lift Tests
a) Record static hydraulic fluid test pressure (refer to hydraulic
ram test sheet): Bar
b) Provide the following details of the pump unit (as stated on data plate:)

c) Measure and record the following normal running operational data when the car is
at its mid-point of travel:

supply line to the ram.

g) Confirm that operation of the manual lowering valve lowers the
car at a slow speed not exceeding 0.15m/s. Yes No
h) Confirm that, when held stationary over a period of 10min
under full load conditions in any position of travel, the car does
not creep more than 0.5% of the maximum lift travel. Yes No
i) Confirm that the anti-creep device automatically prevents the
car moving away from a landing level by more than 25mm Yes No
