472H Potato Harvester Owner Operator’s Manual

5.1 HARVESTER TROUBLE SHOOTING

Note:

The symbols

( X and

)

are associated with appropriate sections in the table above. Please read and make sure that you

understand.

If your harvester is equipped with Ellis Star table increase the opening by adjusting the rails on each side.

Type of Blade to use in cloddy soil combination Blade or Clod Blade.

If equipped with Vine Blower, daily check the intake of the Fan, be sure it is free of trash build-up.
At start-up, check the position of lower air duct. The flow of air is not restricted. Speed change on Fan.

PROBLEM
