ELECTRONIC BATHROOM SCALE - BODY FAT ANALYZER
GET STARTED IN 2 STEPS
I. INITIAL SET-UP
These weighing scales use the following batteries,
supplied with the appliance:
- 1 x 9 V alkaline battery for the power supply of the
“weighing” function.
- 2 x 1,5 V AAA batteries for the power supply of the
“voice” function.
Insert 1 piece 9 V alkaline battery into the battery
snap. The battery compartment is located at the
back of the scale.
Insert 2 x 1,5 V AAA batteries into the battery snap.
The battery compartment is located at the back of
the scale.
Adjustment of volume: there are 3 volume levels:
loud, quiet or silent (HI, LO, OFF). Move the slide
switch

to select the desired volume.
Choice of language: press the button on the back
of the scale

to select the language: French,
English, German or Spanish.
If you wish to change the measuring units from
Metric to Imperial or vice versa, simply adjust the
conversion switch located on the under-side of the
scale.
Remove batteries if the product is not being used
for a long time.
II. SCALE INITIALIZATION
The scale needs to be initialized at the first time of
use or after battery replacement.
Place the scale on a hard, flat surface. Press briefly
and sharply with your foot in the middle of the
platform. The display will show “
■ ■ ■ ■
”, then the
scale automatically turns off. Your scale is now
ready for use.
Note: it is recommended to take weight and body
fat measurements at a constant time period daily
for example: from 6 am to 7 am daily.
OPERATION
To get accurate reading, how you stand on the
scale is important. Place the scale on a hard, flat
surface. Position your feet to contact maximally the
platform. This ensures the best contact between
your feet and the transparent contacts.
A/ Body Fat and Body Water measurement mode
1. Press [MODE] button to enter the Body water and
body fat measurement mode, the height figure of
the previous setting will be displayed on the
toggle screen. The height figure will be blinking.
2. Press [

] button to increase or decrease the
height input.
3. Press [MODE] button to confirm height input,
the age figure of the previous setting will be
displayed on the LCD screen and will be blinking.
4. Press [

/
▼
] button to increase or decrease the
age.
5. Press [MODE] button to confirm age. The gender
icon will start to blink.
6. Press [
▲
/
▼
] button to toggle between Male
[
] and Female [
] icons
7. Press [MODE] button to confirm the gender. The
arrow next to the athlete/normal mode will begin
to flash.
8. Press [
▲
/
▼
] button to toggle between
athlete/normal icons icons (this selection is only
available to those aged 18 or older).
