4.3.2
Monitoring the machine during operation
The machine is fitted with a warning buzzer emitting a
signal if the following malfunctions occur:
– Insufficient engine oil pressure (15/20)
– Air filter clogging indicator (15/21)
– Excessively high coolant temperature (15/25)
– Hydraulic oil filter check (15/22), time-delayed
switch
• As soon as the warning buzzer sounds, check
which indicator lamp is activated and proceed
accordingly.
• If the battery charge indicator (15/18) or the engine
oil pressure indicator lamp (15/20) lights up, switch
off the engine immediately and determine the
cause. If necessary, call for service personnel.
• If the air filter maintenance indicator (15/21) lights
up, perform the necessary maintenance work.
• If the permitted coolant temperature (15/25) is
exceeded, stop work, open the engine hood and
keep the engine running at idle speed to allow it to
cool down. Once the engine has cooled down, turn
it off and determine the cause. If necessary, call
for service personnel.
• If the hydraulic oil filter clogging indicator (15/22)
lights up, replace the filter element and determine
the cause of clogging.
Engine damage
due to fault which has not been remedied.
• The fault must be remedied before
restarting the engine and operating the
machine again.

Attention
If the hydraulic oil is cold, the hydraulic oil filter
clogging indicator may light up briefly. It will go
out once the operating temperature has been
reached.
