I. QUICK START
1.
Press the
ON/OFF
button.
2.
Press
PROGRAM
to cycle through the different timer settings. The number shown
is how long the unit will run and produce ozone. If there is a dot in lower right corner
of the screen the unit will run for the displayed number of minutes each hour until
turned off or reprogrammed.
3. There are 6 settings that run just once for the time shown of 1, 3, 5, 10, 20, or 30
minutes.
4. There are 3 additional settings indicated by a blue dot that will continue to repeat
for the time shown of 5, 10, or 30 minutes every hour until the unit is turned off.
5. At anytime you can pause the program that is running by pressing the pause button.
Standard timed usage:
The Oz will count down in minutes until it gets to the last
minute and will then count down in seconds. Standard timed usage settings are best for
preserving and rinsing foods, purifying drinking water, or removing the chlorine from tap
water for watering houseplants. In addition, 10, 20, or 30 minutes can be effective in
destroying odors in confined spaces.
Recurring timed usage:
These programs run 5, 10, or 30 minutes out of every hour until
you turn off the unit or reprogram it. Recurring settings are best suited for destroying
odors in large rooms, killing bacteria that causes odors in shoes
(place items in plastic
container and insert hose from Oz),
or maintaining a fresh smell in kitchens and bathrooms.
YOUR OZ UNIT WILL PRODUCE OZONE AT AN AVERAGE RATE OF 800 MG/HOUR.
