7. Align pad driver mounting studs with slots in motor
hub. Give the driver a quick turn toward the motor
hub spring clip. Be certain that spring clip locks
into one of the studs before operating machine
(Figure 9).

NOTE:
Always make sure pad drivers and motor hub
surfaces are always clean before installing drivers.
Clean surfaces will ease pad driver removal later.
8. Close skirt housing and refasten latch.
FILLING SOLUTION TANK
1. Transport machine to filling station. Raise
squeegee and brush when transporting.
2. Turn main switch to the off position.
3. Remove fill-port cover at front of machine and fill
solution tank with 17 gal / 64 L of clean water,

C maximum temperature. Or use the
rear fill port to fill solution tank. Pull off plug and
insert hose to fill. The clear tube below the fill port
has 5 gal / 19 L increment markers to indicate
amount of water in tank (Figure 10).

NOTE:
If filling with a bucket be certain that bucket is
clean. This will prevent possible solution line clogs.
4. Add cleaning chemical. See proper dilution ratio
instructions on bottle.
FOR SAFETY: When using machine, follow mixing
and handling instructions on chemical containers.
ATTENTION: Use only recommended cleaning
chemicals, DO NOT use substitutes. Consult an
authorized distributor for recommendations.

MACHINE OPERATION
FOR SAFETY: Do not operate machine unless
operator manual is read and understood.
PRE--OPERATION CHECKS
S
Sweep and dust mop floor to remove particles and
other debris.
S
Check battery meter charge level to ensure
batteries are fully charged (See CHARGING
BATTERIES).
S
Check condition of pads or brushes.
S
Check condition of squeegee blades.
OPERATING MACHINE
1. Adjust control grips to a comfortable operating
height, squeeze together the two levers below the
console (Figure 11).

2. Disengage squeegee lift lever from the up position
and lower squeegee (Figure 12).
