SOLUTION SYSTEM

RECOVERY TANK

The recovery tank stores recovered solution. The

recovery tank should be drained and cleaned

daily.

NOTE: The water must not be hotter than 55

(130

F), or tank damage may occur.

Do not

use

steam to clean the tank.

The vacuum fan inlet screen in the vacuum fan

should be cleaned daily.

The vacuum fan housing contains two check

valves. Check the valves periodically to see that

they move freely up and down. Wipe them off with

a clean cloth.

The recovery tank has one tank float on a

standard machine, and two tank floats on a ES

machine. The tank floats should be cleaned every

50 hours of machine operation.

The tank floats can be cleaned by removing the

right recovery tank access cap, and flushing the

floats with a hose. The tank floats can also be

removed from the tank to be cleaned.
