SPI is the standard Society of Plastics Industry, Inc. protocol. CAC is the CAMAC

protocol used on older Milacron machines. Modbus RTU is used in serial communication

and is a common serial communications protocol for industrial equipment.

Press the Select button to select Protocol.

Use the Up or Down arrow buttons to select the preferred protocol.

Use the Select button to save the selection and confirm success.

Baud Rate: This is the data transfer rate of between the unit and the host computer.

Press the Select button to select Baud Rate.

Use the Up or Down arrow buttons to select the baud rate. The available rate

units are 1200, 2400, 9600, 19200 and 38400.

Press the Select button to save the selection and confirm success.

D. Address:

his is the number assigned to the unit in a network.

Press the Select button to select Address.

Use the Up and Down arrow keys to select the address for this unit. The factory

default is 1. The selection range is from 1 - 10.

Press the Select button to save the address and confirm success.
