3.3.
REPLACEMENT OF THE FRONTAL GLASS
WARNING
The frontal glass must be moved into the
upper limit
position before removing the nuts.
For the replacement of the frontal glass, these steps should be followed:
a)
Detach the frontal mechanism from the cabinet. Then, it can be accessed (Fig.1)
b)
Pull the glass up to the upper limit position.
Remove the four M5 nuts that hold
each glass support in the frontal mechanism (Fig.2)
c)
For the installation of the new glass, in case of having a pre-assembled glass group, all
steps should be carried out in reverse order.
d)
In case of requiring to assemble the handles into the glass, these steps are necessary:
a.
Screw the washers into the handles using M4x10 countersunk screws (Fig.3)
b.
By means of the same ADHESIVE DP-190 3M SCOTCH WELD in all the surface of
the washers of the handles, fix them to the glass (Fig.5) by using previously
double side sticking tape (Fig.4) in order they are initially hold during the
adhesive drying period of 24 h.
c.
Check the operation of the closed position of glass micro-switch and adjust it if
necessary. (Fig.6)
