ABBREVIATED DIALING
PROGRAMMING

SPEED DIAL

You may program SPEED DIAL buttons or speed dial 
memory codes to enable you to dial outside numbers 
quickly.

NOTE

Pauses may be entered, where needed, in a speed 
dial sequence, by pressing {PAUSE}.

To program a speed dial memory code or button
1. Press {PROGRAM}.
2. Do one of the following:

Press {SPEED DIAL} and dial a speed dial code (see 
your System Administrator for a list of code numbers).
or
Press the SPEED DIAL button to be programmed.
The number previously entered is displayed. 

3. Dial an outside line code followed by the number you 

want to store.

4. Press {SAVE}.
