Remove the old two chassis rack ear brackets and four retaining screws from the
chassis.
Remove the old hardware and save it in case you wish to use it in the future. Do not
attempt to reuse the old screws with the new brackets.
3. Install the new rack ear brackets.
For each new rack ear bracket, place it over the front chassis flap and secure it with
two of the new screws, inserted from behind and securely fastened with a
screwdriver.

Align the new faceplate
with the front of the
chassis. Line up the ball
stud on the chassis and
the faceplate socket as
shown in the top view
figure on the right.
Facing the chassis with
the newly mounted ball
stud brackets, hold the
new faceplate in your
hands and gently press it
against the ball studs,
aligning each ball stud
with the recessed socket
located on the inner side
of the faceplate.
