1. Make sure that you are connected to the GPS receiver and receiving
GPS-data.
2. Select
Search
in the main menu.
3. Fill in the search fields. If you do not know the exact spelling,
only enter the first letters. The
Country
always has to be defined
(select the country from the list) together with at least one other
field to complete the search request.
Good to know: If the destination is close enough to your current position,
you can use
My current position
instead of entering the
Town or Postal
code
and
Country
.
4. Start searching for the destination:
Keypad:
press the joystick or select
Menu/Options > Search
Touch screen:
click on
Search
or on this icon
5. The address may be found in several towns with a similar name. In
this case, select the appropriate one from the alternatives.
6. Highlight the desired destination with the joystick or the stylus
and press it down to compute a route.
7. You will now be guided by voice instructions to your destination!
