T3LCR Series User Manual

Step 1. Press the [MEAS SHORT] soft key, a

dialog message,

-circuit the test

, will be displayed.

Step 2. Connect the test fixture to the BNC terminals

and short-circuit the test terminals.

Step 3. Press the [OK] soft-key. The T3LCR measures

the short impedances (inductances and

resistance) at this frequency point.
