Measurements & Statistics
Measurements are waveform parameters that can be expressed as numerical values, such as amplitude or frequency. You can set up to twelve
simultaneous measurements on one or more traces and view the active readout in a table. Statistical measurements can be added to the readout, along
with histicons, a miniature histogram of the statistical distribution. You can also gate measurements to limit them to a specific portion of the trace.
Touch the Add New box and choose
Measure to turn on the Measure
table.
Readout of parameter values. Touch
any cell to open P x setup dialog.
Drag any P x cell to target P x cell to
copy the parameter setup.
Use Measure dialog to turn on/off
measurements, statistics, histicons,
and help markers.
Use P x dialog to create/change
custom measurement.
Use Gate subdialog to position
measurement gates, or drag gate
markers from edge of grid.
Touch Action buttons to plot
Histogram, Trend, or Track of
measurement.
Drag trace descriptor to P x cell or
Source field to change measurement
source.
