3.8 System Manage
3.8.1 ACCOUNT MANAGE
Set the Web access account or keypad password
for the I Series phone.
3.8.2 SYSLOG CONFIGURATION
Sets the system log.
Server IP:
Sets the Syslog server address.
Server Port:
Sets the Syslog server port.
MGR Log Level:
Sets the MGR log level.
SIP Log Level:
Sets the SIP log level.
IAX2 Log Level:
Sets the IAX2 log level.
Enable Syslog:
Turns the system log information
capture on. This information is highly technical
and we recommend using the free software
Wireshark for capturing network data packets
instead of Syslog.
Warning:
if the power is cycled
on the phone, Syslog is set back to its default
“off” state.
Click “Apply” after setting this up.
3.8.3 PHONE BOOK
Cetis VoIP phones have a standard “base”
firmware that is used across several models. Not
all of the models have the same functionality, but
the firmware may still show and be present in
the User Interface (UI). Some functions may be
inappropriate for hospitality environments, or not
show up in a phone without a screen, but useful
in commercial applications or display sets. Some
of those examples are below.
Phone Book is not used in Hospitality
environments, but remains in the universal
firmware set for commercial IP phones.
TIME PROTOCOL (SNTP)
