Caller ID and Call Waiting

Caller ID
determines if your number is displayed to other
parties.

Call waiting
notifies you of incoming calls during a call and is
enabled by default.
Messaging
You can use
Messaging
to exchange text messages(SMS) and
multimedia messages (MMS).
Touch from the Home Screen
•
Touch
to write a new text message.
•
Touch
to search your messages
•
Touch an existing message thread to open the conversation.
•
Touch the mic icon to use Google voice to text.
Send a Message
1. On the
Messaging
screen, touch at the bottom.
2. Touch the
To
field, and enter the recipient’s number or, if the
recipient is stored in
People
as a contact, the first letters of
the recipient’s name. As matching contacts appear, you can
touch a suggested recipient.
3. Touch the
Type message
field to enter your text message.
4. Touch the paper clip icon
to add attachments:
