Appendix B: Multipin Connectors

REMOTE Connector

The rear-panel REMOTE connector is a 25-pin, D-type connector that is the
remote control interface.

Remote functions, which provide switching and recalling of stored front-panel
setups from a remote location, are enabled by ground closures (TTL lows).
Functions with “overbars” indicate an active low state. Eight of the menu
selectable front-panel RECALL SETUPs can be called up remotely. Pin
assignments for the REMOTE connector are shown in Figure B-1 and discussed
in Table B-1.
