DC Attenuation Accuracy

This test checks the probe gain by measuring known voltages with a multimeter. The probe is then used to measure the
same voltages, and then a comparison calculation is made.

Preparation

1.

Set the vertical offset to 0 V.

2.

Connect the MicroCKT test tips to the DC source. Observe proper polarity: red to (+), black to (–).

3.

Connect a second DMM to the DC source.
