Applications
1.
Connect the differential probe across the switching device, and a current probe in series with the device. (See Figure 4.)

Run the DPOPWR application.

Select the Power Device tab.

Select Switching Loss option and press the Con
fi
gure button.
5.
In the Source Con
fi
guration Panel, set the appropriate I-Probe Settings.
6.
Select the Deskew button to deskew probes and channels.
