Applications

The procedures in this section assume that you have established
communications between the YBT100 instrument and the YBT100
application running on a PC or NetTek Y400 Analyzer Platform. (See
page 5,

Setting Up Communications to a PC or NetTek Y400

Monitor a Single DS1 Signal at a DSX Panel

The following is an example of how to set up non-intrusive monitoring
of a single DS1 signal at a DSX panel.

WARNING.

Avoid potential shock hazard. The intra-building interfaces of

this product are suitable for connection to intra-building or unexposed
wiring or cabling only. The intra-building ports on the equipment must not
be metallically connected to interfaces that connect to the outside plant
or its wiring.
