Maximum leading edge time.
This value is the minimum of the three in each
instance.
If runMode = Continuous:
Temp1 = 0.8 * 2.0 * width – tEdge;
Temp2 = ( period – width ) * 0.8 * 2.0 – tEdge;
Temp3 = 0.625 * period.
Else:
Temp1 = 0.8 * 2.0 * width – tEdge;
Temp2 = ( period – leadDelay – width ) * 0.8 * 2.0 – tEdge;
Temp3 = 0.625 * period.
