Adjustment procedures

Equipment hookup

1.

Connect the equipment as shown in the following

fi

gure:

2.

Set the National Instruments GPIB Interface command software to enable
GPIB communications between the PC controller and the DSA8300.

3.

Allow the test equipment and DSA8300 to warm up for at least 20 minutes
before starting the adjustment procedures.

Main instrument adjustments

Compensate the DSA8300

CAUTION.

To prevent incorrect calibration values, make sure that the instrument

and test equipment have warmed up for at least 20 minutes before performing
this procedure.

Select

Mainframe

3.

Select

Compensate and Save

.

4.

Click

Execute

5.

OK
