8.2. Sources of ignition
If the operator is not able to reliably exclude the possibility of the presence of effective sources of
ignition, such as
a) flames and hot gases
b) mechanically generated sparks
then it is necessary to ensure that the concentration of the dust arising at the extraction point within the
line and the filter unit is always 50% by mass below the lower explosion limit (LEL).
