If something doesn't work

Before calling the Technical Service, please check
the following possible causes and solutions:
There is a spark but the burner doesn't light
The spark plug and the
part of the burner where
the spark should be is soi-
led or greasy
Clean the end of the
spark plug and the
burner
The gas burners do not light
Gas is not reaching the
hob
Check that the gas
cylinder tap is properly
open
If it is piped gas, open
the gas tap
Sparks fly occasionally
Low adjustment of the
minimum
Increase the flow by
adjusting the minimum
of the tap
