ENSURE THAT THE HEATER IS OFF AND COMPLETELY
COOL BEFORE STARTING TO REPLACE THE WIC K.
1. Press the shutoff button

, lower the wick, take out the refueling tank

remove the combustion chamber

and batteries, and pull out the wick
adjustment knob

2. Remove the 4 screws off the body.
3. Hold the right and left handles and tilt down the body slightly forward. Now lift up
the body to get it free.
4. Hold the flame baffle by its righe and left and release the hooks from the square
holes. Divide the flame baffle in the right and left halves in the directions of
arrows (a) and (b).
5. Remove the 4 wing nuts from the wick cylinder.
6. Pull out the wick cylinder upward and place it on top of the fuel tank. Handle the
cylinder with care because the igniter lead is still connected.
7a.Remove the screw from the Tip-over automatic extinguish device.
7b.With your righe hand, pull the Tip-over automatic extinguish device in the
direction of arrow to remove the wick up/down fixture out of the hole in the wick
holder bracket. With your left hand, draw out the wick upward.
8. While pulling the coupler to the right ( in the direction of arrlw), insert a new wick
into the wick guide and turn the wick until the tip of the wick up/down fixture
goes into the hole of the wick holder bracket.
9. Set up the wick cylinder. Temporarily apply and tighten the 4 wing nuts. Make
sure the clearance (through which the wick goes up and down ) between the
wick cylinder and the wick guide is uniform all around. Now tighten up the wing
nuts diagonally.
In fitting the new wick, be careful not to deform the wick holder.
In setting up the wick cylinder, be careful not to get the lead caught.

SOSTITUZIONE DELLO STOPPINO
L
PRIMA DI PROCEDERE ALLA SOSTITUZIONE DELLO STOPPINO,
LA STUFA DEVE ESSERE SPENTA E COMPLETAMENTE FREDDA.
1. Premere il pulsante di spegnimento

, abbassare lo stoppino, estrarre il
serbatoio di rifornimento

, rimuovere la camera di combustione
4
e le
batterie ed estrarre tutta la manopola
2
.
2. Rimuovere le 4 viti dal corpo.
3. Tenere le maniglie destra e sinistra e inclinare il corpo verso il basso
leggermente in avanti. Ora sollevare il corpo per liberarlo.
4. Tenere il deflettore della fiamma da destra e sinistra e rilasciare i ganci
dai fori quadrati. Dividere il deflettore della fiamma nelle metà destra e
sinistra in direzione delle frecce (a) e (b).
5. Rimuovere i 4 bulloni ad alette dal cilindro dello stoppino.
6. Estrarre il cilindro dello stoppino verso l'alto e posizionarlo sulla parte
superiore del serbatoio del carburante. Maneggiare con cura il cilindro in
quanto il comando di accensione è ancora collegato.
7a. Rimuovere la vite dal dispositivo di spegnimento automatico a
ribaltamento.
7b. Con la mano destra, estrarre il dispositivo di spegnimento automatico a
ribaltamento in direzione della freccia per estrarre il fissaggio alto/basso
dello stoppino dal foro nella staffa di supporto dello stoppino. Con la
mano sinistra, estrarre lo stoppino verso l'alto.
8. Tirando l'accoppiatore verso destra (in direzione della freccia), inserire un
nuovo stoppino nella sua guida e ruotarlo finché la punta del fissaggio
alto/basso dello stoppino entra nel foro della staffa porta-stoppino.
Nel montaggio del nuovo stoppino, fare attenzione a non deformare il porta-
stoppino.
9. Installare il cilindro dello stoppino. Applicare temporaneamente e serrare
i 4 bulloni ad alette. Assicurarsi che il passaggio (attraverso cui lo stoppino
sale e scende) tra il cilindro dello stoppino e la guida dello stoppino è
uniforme tutto intorno. Ora stringere i bulloni ad alette in diagonale.
Nell'installazione del cilindro dello stoppino, fare attenzione a non incastrare
il comando.
